Custom Work & Proof Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing design proofs carefully. Once a proof is approved, Simply Margaret Studio is not responsible for errors including spelling, dates, or design details.

Personalized Items

Due to the custom nature of engraved products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Order Changes

Requests for changes or cancellations must be made before production begins. Once engraving has started, changes cannot be accommodated.

Product Variations

Because items are handmade and engraved individually, slight variations in color, texture, or engraving depth may occur and are part of the unique character of custom work.

Limitation of Liability

Simply Margaret Studio is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper care, or normal wear after delivery.

Communication Window

Any concerns regarding your order must be reported within 14 days of delivery so we can assist.

Intellectual Property

Customers confirm they have permission to use any logos, artwork, or designs submitted for engraving.
