At Simply Margaret Studio, each piece is custom engraved and made to order with care and attention to detail.

Processing Time

Most orders are completed within 3–5 business days after design proof approval. Larger or highly detailed orders may require additional time.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders as indicated at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can assist. We are unable to resolve issues reported after this timeframe.

Custom Orders

Because each item is made specifically for you, processing begins once your design is approved. Changes cannot be made after production starts.
